Candidate Criminal Record Checks

Please be advised that Candidate's wishing to run in the municipal election must obtain a criminal record & vulnerable sector check from the Battlefords RCMP Detachment to include with Nomination Papers.

Criminal record & vulnerable sector checks must not be dated more than 30 days before the date nomination papers are submitted.

To obtain a criminal record & vulnerable sector check, attend City Hall and pay the associated fee. Tell the Cashier you require a criminal record & vulnerable sector check and take the receipt to the Battlefords RCMP Detachment with 2 pieces of ID. The Nomination Period commences September 25 - October 9, 2024.
