City utility bills will not arrive by mail; e-billing/text reminders are a good alternative for customers

As the Canada Post strike continues, utility customers for the City of North Battleford will still be required to pay amounts owing on their accounts even though paper bills are not going to be mailed out during postal delivery disruptions.

Development and Occupancy Permits

  • New construction or development

  • Change of use of a building

  • Build an accessory building like a garage, shed or gazebo

  • Building a deck

  • Home based business

  • New construction

  • Residential renovation where structural changes will occur

  • Change size of existing windows

  • Renovation in commercial or industrial location

  • Demolish part or all of a structure

  • Develop legal suites

  • Building a deck

  • Building a garage

  • Building a shed 10 square meters or larger

  • Installation of new bedroom windows

Occupancy Permit

After passing the final inspection, you will receive an Occupancy Permit. An Occupancy Permit will allow you to use the space as defined in your Permit.
