Waste Management Facility set to observe new winter operating hours as of January 2, 2024

In response to customer attendance and usage at the City of North Battleford Waste Management Facility, City Council has approved new winter and summer hours of operation. The approval came at last night’s Regular City Council meeting, the final meeting of 2023.        

Beginning January 2^nd, 2024, the Waste Management Facility (WMF) will be open from 9am-5pm for winter hours. Summer hours of operation, 8am-6pm, will resume on May 1^st through October 31^st. Throughout the year, customers will still be able to access the WMF six days per week, from Monday to Saturday.  

 The City’s Waste Management Facility is located east of North Battleford, accessible using Wearing Road off Territorial Drive. A full list of accepted materials and cart pickup reminders can be generated to your mobile device using Recycle Coach. Visit this link for full information.
