Public Notice of Planning Committee Time Change

In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act and section 8 of Procedures Bylaw No. 2108, please be advised that the Planning Committee Meeting scheduled for Monday, March 31, 2025, shall commence at 6 p.m. and that the In Camera Meeting shall precede the public meeting commencing at 4:45 p.m.

This meeting will be held in Don Ross Council Chambers and via Zoom using Webinar ID:  846 0746 7669. Zoom details will also be available on iCompass via the City’s website prior to the meeting.

Notice is hereby given this 6th day of March, 2025.
