Public Notice of Special Council & Executive Committee Meetings

In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act and section 8 of Procedures Bylaw No. 2108, please be advised that a Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, August 12, 2024, commencing at 12 p.m. and a Special Executive Committee Meeting has been scheduled at 10 a.m.

The Special Council Meeting will be held by Zoom ONLY using Webinar ID: 886 0424 8919. Zoom details will also be available on iCompass via the City’s website prior to the meeting. 

The following Council Meeting Business will be addressed:

• UPAR Contract for Marquis and Thatcher Avenues, and Holstein Street
• UPAR Contract Award for Downtown Alley Milling and Paving

The following Executive Committee Meeting Business will be addressed:

• Legal
• Land

The Special Executive Committee Meeting is closed to the public in accordance with section 94 of The Cities Act and section 9 of Procedures Bylaw No. 2108.
