PUBLIC NOTICE OF COUNCIL MEETING AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act and section 8 of Procedures Bylaw No. 2108, please be advised that an Executive Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2025, commencing at 4:45 p.m. and a Regular Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2025, commencing at 6 p.m.

This meeting will be held in Don Ross Council Chambers and via Zoom using Webinar ID: 886 0424 8919. Zoom details will also be available on iCompass via the City’s website prior to the meeting.

Notice is hereby given this 4th day of February 2025.
