Construction crews out this week in the City of North Battleford

Some residual work from the 2023 UPAR projects and the Territorial Drive/100^th Street lighting upgrades are underway this week.          

The remaining 2023 UPAR work includes:

•         Paving on 12^th Avenue beginning May 27^th – estimated time to complete, one day
•         Paving on 98^th Street – beginning May 29^th – estimated time to complete, three days

All schedules are weather dependent.

In addition, CanTraffic will be on site for most of the day Monday, May 27^th at the Territorial Drive/100^th Street intersection to complete work on the traffic lights.

While this work should not require any road or lane closures, workers will be completing work adjacent to the roads and motorists should exercise caution in the interest of safety. Should any lights at the Territorial Drive/100^th Street intersection be non-operational while this work is completed, motorists will be required to treat it as a 4-Way Stop, yielding first to pedestrians, and then traffic on their right.
