PUBLIC NOTICE OF A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING & PROPOSED
BORROWING BYLAW NO. 2115
In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act, section 8 and Procedures Bylaw No. 2108 and pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of Public Notice Bylaw No. 1703, please be advised that a Special Council Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, December 20th, 2021, commencing at 12 p.m. to consider the adoption of Bylaw No. 2115, being a bylaw to provide for the borrowing of up to and in the amount of $7,500,000 to finance the Sanitary Sewer Upgrade Project.
This meeting will be held via Zoom using Webinar ID: 833 2794 2183. Zoom details will also be available on the City website prior to the meeting.
