If you are constructing a new attached garage, you must submit this checklist with a Development, Building & Occupancy Permit.
If you wish to modify vehicle access to your property, you must complete a curb crossing application.
If you would like to install a deck on your property, review and complete the deck check list and bring it to the Planning and Development department at City Hall.
Prior to any demolition work, you will require a Demolition Permit. To apply for a Demolition Permit, please fill out our Demolition Permit Application Form. When applying for a permit, please ensure you complete the checklist outlined on the form.
