To help reduce the garbage that is being lost on the road to the WMF, please make sure you secure loads properly with tarpes and/or ropes. We will be enforcing unsecured loads this summer and fall. Unsecured loads may be subject to a fine or refusal at the gate.

Grain products are not being accepted at the landfill.

Asbestos Containing Material (ACM): Staff at the WMF will be screening for possible ACM. The most common ones are vermiculite insulation, blown-in insulation, and acoustic ceiling tiles. Please bring an MSDS, Product Label, or results from an accredited lab as proof as non-ACM. Not sure if it is ACM or have some ACM to dispose of? Contact the Environmental Manager at City Hall for information.

Please contact the Department of Operations before disposing of asbestos or contaminated soils. Contaminated
soils must meet the Saskatchewan Environment Quality Guidelines for Soil
Disposal at Landfills.
